As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, Flagstaff Figure Skating Club is dependent on our fundraising activities to finance club growth into areas such as testing, hosting competitions and clinics, and running Learn to Skate group lessons. We encourage all members to suggest fundraising ideas and to participate in fundraising events.
Your business can get a year's worth of great advertising exposure and support Flagstaff Figure Skating Club by buying a rink banner. Banners are 3 x 5 feet and hang flat along the back wall of Jay Lively Ice Arena where they are visible to thousands of skaters and spectators.
Rink banners are $350 for the first year and renewals are $250 per year. New banners and renewals are due June 1st and are on display for the skating season, July 1 to June 30. Graphics for new banners should be in high-resolution PDF format. Please contact Kim Arthur, mrkarthur@npgcable.com, or any board member for more information.
Support FFSC by Selling and Buying Used Skating Items on MySkatingMall.com:
Founded by former national competitor Ryan Jahnke, MySkatingMall.com supports FFSC by donating a percentage of anything bought or sold to the club. This includes new items bought from partner stores as well as used gear bought or sold. Click here for the details.
The city has kept their promise to rebuild the rink quickly. The city is still seeking donations to the Jay Lively Donation Fund to support future improvements; specifically, new bleachers and a professional sound system. Money donated can only be used for the ice rink, and you can specify how your donation will be used:
