October 9, 2010: FFSC is the first club back on the ice.
October 10, 2010: The Grand Re-Opening and first public skate.

Jay Lively Users Group was formed after the collapse to represent all the skating clubs and public skaters of Flagstaff.
Spokemen for the users group continue to meet with city staff to work on plans for upgrades, inlcuding new bleachers and a professional sound system, as well as setting up the donated Williams rink at Jay Lively as a second sheet.
